All Luxe Wahine Studio press-on nails are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.
Shipping
Australia-wide tracked shipping is available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delays.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Luxe Wahine Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. We will assist where possible by providing tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Luxe Wahine Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact luxewahinestudio@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
